DELIVERY TERMS
- All orders are sent out via Australia Post unless you specifically need a courier in which case delivery charges could be more, we recommend sending us an email if you need a specific courier.
- Defence Q Store are not responsible for unattended residences or businesses, we cannot control individual postal delivery Australia Post delivery workers and how they make their deliveries and times.
- A tracking number will be provided. If you are experiencing long delays or missing delivery, please lodge a case with Australia Post as they can track things way fast than we can.
- Usually your order will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days but it can take longer. As per some of the Rothco descriptions, those particular items can take up to 5 weeks to be shipped as we order it to come to our business so we can check the quality before shipping on to the customer.
- If you supply incorrect delivery address, we do not take responsibility for your items being sent to the wrong address. We just copy what you put into the delivery fields when ordering.
- Please do not mix up shipping and billing address, we won't be responsible for this but if you realise you have made a mistake email us asap so we can avoid errors.
- We offer Express or regular postage, usually express post takes 2-5 days to be delivered but we cannot guarantee this as we rely on Australia Post doing the right thing/delivery errors. Regular postage from what I have seen via all orders that I track can take up to 4 weeks , sometimes more. But usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. I have mentioned this as I watch tracking closely so I can understand what happens within the delivery chain.
- Spend $200 and over, get FREE shipping which is regular post. If you need these items fast you will have to pay for express. Sorry but freight costs are crazy right now.
- International shipping is sent through Australia Post, we have flat rates world wide for this. Some countries we cannot deliver to, if you country is on the list we will be in contact with you asap and make arrangements or refund your products.
- Once we have sent out your item/items no refund can be given for the delivery fee, even if the product is faulty. However if you choose to have another of the same item sent to you, we won't charge you any shipping fees.

-Please note: when it gets really busy, deliveries can take up to 5 business days to get out but we usually get your gear out as fast as we can. Embroidery is difficult to determine a time frame based on demand, can take up to 3 weeks but it's usually pretty quick.
