The Officer/NCO Tactical Panel Small AMCU has an internal Velcro pad to attach mission essential pouches lik Compass, Notebook, Multitool (sold separately). Then change the configuration if the task requires. Internally there are also elastic strips and a pocket for Viewee Twoee, Protractor, Notebook and pen.

Externally the Officer/NCO Tactical Panel Small AMCU has a Velcro PALS to attach patches or pouches.
