This inner belt with LOOP OUTER LINING, 1.5" (38mm) width to fit up to 2.25” (58mm) duty belts with HOOK INNER LINING. 

The entire outside of the inner belt is fitted with the loop side (soft part).  The loop being on the outside of the inner belt is ideal because it doesn’t get stuck to your shirt or unintentionally cause fraying.
